Castro Schmidt, president and founder of Treasury Management
Solutions, has over 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate
finance and treasury. After
receiving a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of California,
Berkeley, Jeanne worked for Bank of America and Security Pacific Bank in
their corporate lending groups. She
then left banking to work as the Assistant Treasurer of KENETECH, Inc., an
energy technology company, where she managed a staff of three and
established a formal treasury function to handle all day to day treasury
operations, including domestic cash management and banking relationships,
oversight and compliance of a $750 million debt portfolio, international
FX, cash and banking operations, risk management, and cash forecasting.
In 1995 Jeanne founded Treasury Management Solutions.
Jeanne is a Certified
Treasury Professional and frequent speaker for such groups as the Penninsula Treasury Management
Association, the Southern California Association of Financial
Professionals, the San Francisco Treasury Symposium Symposium and the Association of Financial Professionals. Jeanne
is the mother of two daughters, and outside of TMS she serves on the
Board of Directors for a privately held oil and gas exploration firm and
has provided pro bono work for numerous local charitable foundations
including Battered Women’s Alternatives
of Contra Costa County.
Karen McCoy is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) and a Certified Public
Prior to joining Treasury Management Solutions as a consultant, she has held the positions of Assistant Treasurer, Director of Treasury Operations, Treasury Manager and Senior Treasury Analyst.
Karen has volunteered as the Chairperson for the San Francisco Treasury Symposium, is the Treasurer for Nakayoshi Gakko a parent cooperative Japanese Friendship school held for two weeks in the summer and is a member of the Silicon Valley Treasury Management Association.
Patricia A. Gotelli is a Certified Treasury Professional with an MBA from the University of Santa Clara. Pat began consulting in 2004 after holding such positions over the past twenty years as Global Foreign Exchange Manager for Sanmina-SCI Corporation, and Treasury Manager of Domestic and International Treasury for Symantec Corporation, Redback Networks and Amdahl Corporation. Pat has extensive hands on experience in daily treasury operations (cash management, risk and foreign exchange management, bank relationship management, and investments) as well as significant Sarbanes Oxley testing and compliance experience.
Williams-Goldman has worked with TMS since 1996 and specializes in
budgeting, financial planning and analysis, cash flow forecasting, and
lease financing. Prior to partnering with TMS, Keith worked as Manager of
Investor Relations for KENETECH Corporation, where he was responsible for
analyzing partnership energy production and financial performance,
preparing budgets and forecasts, providing monthly investor reports to
institutional clients and debtholders, and forecasting cash flows.
After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley in
1983 with a BS in Business Administration, Keith worked as a Business
Analyst for Dunn and Bradstreet, a credit consultant for Levi Strauss
& Co., and an Assistant Vice President in NatWest’s San Francisco
Fortune 500 lending group before joining KENETECH.
Keith is actively involved in raising his two boys and plays
in a highly competitive adult soccer league to burn off excess energy
after a hard day at work or with his children.
Carmela Seilnacht is a key member of TMS' cash management and treasury operations team. Carmela is a lifetime CCM and has played a crucial role in providing on-demand staffing services for our clients. After receiving her BS in Accounting from Cal State Hayward, Carmela as cash manager for Network General Corporation and Electronic Arts, before joining TMS as a consultant. Now the mother of three daughters including twins, Carmela consults with TMS on a part time basis.
